1. Agreement to Terms

Good Cleaner Collective Corporation, operating as Good Cleaner Co., is the official legal entity providing all services mentioned herein. The name “Good Cleaner Co.” is used for branding and operational purposes but is fully part of Good Cleaner Collective Corporation.

By requesting services from Good Cleaner Co., whether via phone, email, booking form, or direct conversation, you agree to these terms and conditions. Good Cleaner Co. reserves the right to make changes to these terms without prior notice.

2. Professional Standards: Insurance and Background Checks

We are fully insured and conduct thorough criminal background checks on all our team members to ensure the safety and security of your property.

3. Team Assignment

While we strive to assign the same team to your home for every cleaning session, we cannot guarantee this due to possible changes in availability such as illness, vacation, or team changes.

4. Conduct and Respect in Your Home

Our team members will act professionally and respectfully at all times. They are instructed not to smoke, eat, or drink, nor engage in any activity other than cleaning, including answering the phone or door.

5. Pet Safety and Special Requests

We recommend keeping pets in a designated area until the cleaning is completed. However, if this isn’t possible, it’s okay, just let us know so we can be mindful when entering and exiting your home. Please note, we do not clean pet waste, litter boxes, or accidents such as urine or vomit. Due to the care plants require, we also do not water or maintain them.

6. Supplies and Equipment

Good Cleaner Co. provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. Should you prefer a specific product to be used, please notify us in advance so we can update your preferences in our system.

7. Arrival Window

We offer a 30-minute arrival window to accommodate for any delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Service Fee Adjustments

We reserve the right to reassess and adjust rates if additional time or resources are required to meet your cleaning standards.

9. Billing and Payments

When booking services with Good Cleaner Co., you agree to the quoted or displayed fee. Payments will be processed upon booking. Any new services or promotional offers may result in different rates for other clients without affecting your existing agreement.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds

Since cleaning is a highly personalized service, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied, we will return to re-clean any areas of concern, free of charge, under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

11. Cancellation Policy

To avoid a 35% late cancellation fee, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge, as this affects the team’s schedule and earnings.

12. Security Alarms

If your home has a security system, please ensure it is deactivated, or provide us with the necessary code. Be sure to notify us if the code changes.

13. Cancellations by Good Cleaner Co.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services due to issues with access, utilities, or interference from other contractors or parties in the home. Clients will still be responsible for the agreed service cost.

14. Valuables and Accidents

While we take the utmost care during our cleaning process, we cannot be held responsible for items of high value, cash, or jewelry left unsecured. In the rare event of damage, we will work to repair or replace items, provided the incident is reported within 48 hours of service.

15. Clutter Management

To ensure efficient cleaning, we ask that areas be free of excessive clutter, especially desks or countertops with large amounts of paperwork.

16. Extra Services

Requests for additional tasks, such as after-construction cleaning or garage cleaning, should be made in advance so we can allocate the necessary time.

17. Items We Do Not Handle

We do not clean bodily fluids, litter boxes, or infestations such as termites or fleas. For safety reasons, our staff does not move heavy furniture, handle electronics, or perform outdoor cleaning.

18. Hiring of Good Cleaner Co. Staff

Clients agree not to hire past or present staff of Good Cleaner Co. without written consent for a period of two years following the employee’s last service. A placement fee of $5,000 will apply if this condition is breached.

19. Tips for Cleaning Teams

Tips are appreciated but not mandatory. If you wish to tip your cleaning team, the suggested amount is 10-15% of the service fee.

20. Home Access and Keys

Please ensure that your home is accessible for our team. Failure to do so may result in a 35% charge.

21. Office Hours and Contact

Our office is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Messages left after hours will be returned the next business day.

22. Limitations of Liability

Good Cleaner Collective Corporation, operating as Good Cleaner Co., limits liability for any damage to a maximum of $5,000. In the event of intentional or willful damage, additional charges may apply, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
